Proclaim Version 1.8 Release Notes

Release 1.8.0.0094 (0.0095 on Windows) (released 10/30/12)

Fixed bug which caused crash when performing certain on air edits with blank quickscreen.

Video transcoding is now performed only when necessary between platforms. This means often faster downloads and syncing for videos, as well as preventing reduction in quality in many situations (selected video formats, and sync between identical platforms).

Added ability to add audio from either Proclaim library or file on computer for an already existing playlist (previously only allowed add from Proclaim library for already existing playlist).
Fixed bug which caused pressing delete key while On Air in edit mode to delete current item, rather than item being currently edited.
Fixed bug which prevented verse reference from displaying correctly at the end of a verse when “Block paragraphs” or “One verse per slide” were selected, along with “Show reference at end”. (See this thread)

Fixed bug which prevented signal indicator for a newly added signal to a service item from appearing until user leaves and returns to service item.
Fixed bug which produced large semi-transparent popup thumbnail of service item when dragging and dropping service items.
Fixed bug which caused font size for SmartMedia slides to appear smaller on Mac than on Windows. (See this thread)
Fixed bug which caused freeze when adding too many tags while uploading.

Fixed bug which caused tops of Bible name links to be truncated for Bible Service Item.

Fixed bug which prevented upload of mp3 files with an uppercase file extension.
Fixed bug which caused crash when trying to upload a bad file (incompatible file extension).
Fixed bug which caused crash when trying to upload an image smaller than a thumbnail preview.

Fixed a bug which caused videos in Pre-Service and Warm-Up Loops to show with 0 second duration.
