Can't sign in after Upgrade on Mac or PC

Just upgraded my Logos 4 Platinum package to Logos 5 Platinum.
a) The new Logos 5 features didn't install or can't be found. In addition, although it downloaded 1.41gb of files, the interlinear Bibles were not upgraded.
b) I closed the program thinking it needed a reset.
c) Logos 5 will no longer allow me to sign in.
d) Same on my iMac, MacAir and Dell PC laptop.
Just looking for suggestions.

The website is down, so you can't log in. You might be able to work offline, otherwise you'll have to wait for the server to come back up.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

Right now they are upgrading the server:

This is probably the source of the issue.
