The planning center will not let me log in to my account. It just keeps telling me my password is incorrect. It is the same password as my logos account so I know that it is the right password.
I am able to successfully log in using my own credentials. You may want to try resetting your Planning Center Online password via their website.
The planning center is a separate program / website that integrates with Proclaim and is run by a different company. It is not part of the package for Proclaim
