Confused & Overwhelmed
I'm always looking for ways to enhance/enrich my Bible study. Unfortunately, I'm amazingly confused. I've downloaded both Vyros & Logos to my iPhone. It seems as if they are both Bible readers. I've played around with the menus but have not found any functionality for reading Biblical inspired novels (Vyros) or research info (Logos). I'm missing something huge.

Hi Ta'Fanesamekeya - and welcome to the forums
Yes, both Vyrso and the Bible! app from Logos are "Bible readers" with different levels of functionality - Vyrso (associated with the Vyrso store) is designed for simpler reading while the Bible! app allows more study options.
Either app can read the same set of resources.
It sounds as though you can't find any resources - have you purchased any or registered for any of the free ones available?

Good morning Graham. I don't see how to take advantage of any resources. For example, the menus in both Logos & Vryso allows the reader to change the translation, share, create notes & change font size. I didn't happen upon options for researching or purchasing Vryso ebooks.

Sorry, you can't purchase books from within the apps.
To purchase vyrso books go to http://vyrso.com/
To purchase Logos books go to http://www.logos.com/products
Any books you purchase from either of these stores will be accessible in either of the readers - assuming that they are enabled for mobile devices (some are not due to licensing restrictions).
Unfortunately, with the recent changes to the Logos website it doesn't show whether resources are mobile-enabled. You can either check here or contact a Logos salesperson. All resources shown on the vyrso site are available for mobile devices.
Hope this helps

To add to Graham's comment… Apple's rules for submitting apps to the App Store prohibit the sale of resources from within an app without a 15% cut to Apple. Since this is cost prohibitive to most app developers, the ability to purchase resources has been removed. This is true even for apps such as the Kindle & Nook apps.
To purchase resources, please visit the Logos & Vyrso links Graham provided. NOTE: There are often free or reduced priced resources (which may change daily, weekly, or monthly) on Vyrso. These are generally "Christian Fiction" or "Christian Living" resources. Most of the time the more "academic" resources are found in Logos. [The resources from both stores will work on both apps].

And the light bulb just clicked on. Although someone else had to flip the switch. Many thanks! God bless!
