Is anyone aware how I can import images, specifically a church logo?
Just save the file to your computer and follow above.
You can also set a custom logo to use as a Quick Screen by selecting "Change..." under Logo in Preview mode:
Thanks, however this will changes the entire background. I would like to place our logo anywhere and over and within the existing backgrounds. I do not see a way to do that?
Ah, I see what you're referring to now. There is not currently a way to do that in Proclaim.
I'd encourage you to post that suggestion to our UserVoice page: http://proclaim.uservoice.com
Thank you.
There is a feature that allows you to place a logo or image over text, but you cannot re-size it yet. It's in the plan to adjust the feature so you can re-size a logo once it's added to your own background, and this will roll out soon. To try it now, add a content slide and under the "Content" tab there is a place to "Add Image". This will currently add the image across the entire slide.
To add to Jim's original question, can someone tell me the optimal images sizes to upload so that our images will fill the screen? I do not want to resize an image. I simply want to know (in either 4:3 or 16:9) what dimensions Xpx by Ypx will show up best.
As far as trying to mess with our logo, we did add it to the right side. We have a nice logo that is vectorized and used all over our print, web, tshirts, banners, etc; but whenever we use that slide it looks horrible. We quit using that slide option.
4:3 - 1024x768
16:9 - 1920x1080
Brilliant! I'd been wondering about that. Pastor wants to have an image floating over the background loop, and I didn't know if we could do that. So this is great. Thanks for pointing it out.
