You can see a little RSS icon in the control bar for searches. Click that and subscribe.

This works for any search (direct links below):

1. Pre-orders: http://vyrso.com/productsearch/rss?Status=Pre-Pub&sort=newest&pageSize=60
2. New Books: http://vyrso.com/products/search?sort=newest&Specials=New
