Garth which platform are you running into this issue on? Are you using the FSB via Logos 5, one of the mobile apps (if so, Android or iOS?), or one of the web resource viewers (if so, biblia.com or bible.faithlife.com?)?

I apologize if I made that unclear. I have the Faithlife website open (bible.faithlife.com) and am clicking under resources on the Infographics, Images, and videos icons. The Maps icon works.

Using bible.faithlife.com  (and signed in under my Logos Account) I can view the Study Bible Notes, Infographics, Photos, and Connect the Testaments.  The videos will NOT open for me!

Good Morning, Garth, and Blessings to you for this day!

To be honest with you (I've examined the .pdf), I don't have a clue why you are getting that particular message.  I will follow this thread with great attention so that I can learn how you were helped   ....   and then incorporate that into my own mental "data base"  ...

So   ......         now   ...........                          Someone please come along and help Garth (and me!) discover some answers  ......                *smile*

    Hi Garth

Do you get the same problem if you try and access the site and resources through a different browser.

I am wondering it there is some caching issue here and trying another browser could verify that
