This has page numbers and most if not all of the links to scripture which quotes in the text without reference. It also has a TOC for the 31 Chapters.

This file may have been pulled by the OP because its a resource Logos sells through the Andrew Murray collection: http://www.logos.com/product/20465/andrew-murray-collection
Although it was housed elsewhere (a dropbox account) not on the Logos servers.
I was suggesting the Original Poster (OP) - not Logos moderators - removed the resource as an act of consideration to Logos. This is pure speculation though...
I removed it from my dropbox because Logos published it.
