is there anybody out there?

How do you get in touch with these people? We are having serious issues with proclaim -it is not super simple - and there are no customer support numbers or anyone to help solve our issues. Hope it improves but as of now, this is the worst service I have ever seen.

Welcome to the forums and I'm sorry you're having a bad experience. How have you tried to get in touch with Proclaim/ Logos?

Also, it might help to outline your problems here on the forums as there might be someone who has experienced something similar, or who might be able to advise you.

Thanks Richard,

I have searched in vain for a technical support phone number. We went live for the first time last night and the program locked up. Then the presentation erased itself.

Today, we began building another presentation. After getting it together, We could not access it with another computer as it was not listed in the presentations list. When we checked the original computer, the presentation had disappeared. . . again. This is very frustrating and there is no one to call to help us with these problems.

I admit that I am new to proclaim but so far, there has been nothing simple about it.

It seems from what you are describing that the major problems is presentations are disappearing.

Very strange - I don't remember seeing that reported before.

Assuming it happens again could you please exit Proclaim and post logs before starting it again - details are in the thread at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Some questions for context:

What OS (and versions) are you running on both computers involved?
What version of Proclaim are you using?
Are you running connected to the Internet or offline?
