Ipad remote question

Just started trying to use the iPad remote for Proclaim. Everything works okay except that I am not able to see the actual content of each slide. Individual slides just show up as an all white background on my iPad while being correct on the projector screen. Any ideas?

Hello Mark. This will happen if you have "Local only" images or other media on your slides, that has not been uploaded and synced to your group. Is that the case here?

Thanks for your response! Yes, that is correct. I just had it as local only. So if I upload and sync that should correct the problem?

That's correct. Proclaim Remote (and other computers) won't know about any media that hasn't been uploaded and synced.
