BUG: Logos 5.0b Beta 3 BWS Result Graphs are Blank - Missing Resource

Logos 5.0b Beta 3 on OS X 10.8.2 and Windows 7 lack Resource in ... so Graph Bible Search Result is blank for lemma and root:
Opened Bible Word Study (BWS) Guide for μένω then hovered mouse over a lemma and root result bar so John appeared in a pop-up then clicked. However, all graphs do not have Resource to graph results.
Changed translation in Translation section, then clicked to Graph results, but Resource in ... does not populate for any of the translations so graphing shows nothing.
Edit: Logos 4 Windows thread => Word study - occurrence graph not showing has similar issue

Hi KS4J
I can't reproduce this with 5.0b Beta 3 on Windows 8.
Do you get this clicking on all lemmas in the root section or just some?

Personally experiencing lack of focus for all lemma's and roots:
ElementUtility Couldn't find default focus; focus set to first focusable item.
Changing default Bible and restating Logos 5.0b Beta 3 remains without focus for graphing results.
Other oddity is lack of addition to Guide menu after running a Guide.

I'm with Graham on this one. Am I missing something?
However, are you trying to graph the results you see on hover sub-graph rather than the actual results of your search? If so, I don't think that has ever been an option.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Clicking in yellow areas of BWS lacks Resource for graphing results:

Strange. I see the same as KS4J - from looking at your screenshots I suspected a NRSV versus ESV difference, came up empty on my NIV (btw: 117 hits here, not 118) and checked both of the others - no joy. In the box where it says lemma:μενω in ... I can't get any bible translation and the dropdown arrow seems to generate a white miniature square
I'm running the latest beta on a Win 7 Home, 32 bit PC. Maybe I'll have it write a log.

Good idea[:)]
When I execute the graph command, there is a parameter specifying the resource "LLS:1.0.50" which corresponds to the NRSV

It will be interesting to see what you get

Could not confirm this in Mac 5.0b Beta 3 Mac OS 10.7.5 using ESV as in your screenshot. All charts populated normally.

This: 0042.Logos.log
Seems it's syncing all the time... however, what I did:
I set NRSV as preferred bible, closed L5 and restarted. I ran a BWS on μένω - got the results, including the small graph on the distribution of the 118 hits. Clicked on it to invoke the graphical display: tab came up empty. Tried the dropdown box for the bible translation (small white box), varied some of the graphs - no change. Closed L5.
In the log, directly before the line
2013-01-21 14:05:37.8832 1 Info AppCommand (Timed) Executing command: GraphBibleSearchResults|DisplayQueryText=lemma:μένω|QueryText=<Lemma%20%3d%20lbs/el/μένω>|ResourceIds=LLS:1.0.50|SelectedReferenceRange=
(note, it shows the lemma in Greek in Notepad++ as well as in the Win 7 notepad - could this be a hint?)
there is a strange warning - related?
2013-01-21 14:05:16.2660 6 Warn KeyLinkManager Matched override reference gnt/5051 in LLS:46.30.4 but there were no corresponding milestones for the headword/reference.

I don't think this is related - it is in thread 6 as opposed to thread 1 which is managing the BWS transactions.
I did see that the Graph Call has a strange reference to "disputed passage" which may or may not be relevant.

Request to Logos: Please suppress the Info SyncManager lines as these just create a lot of noise when trying to track significant events.

Likewise. It (seems to be) related to running a guide template.

Logos 4 Windows thread => Word study - occurrence graph not showing has similar issue
As had Steve Clark in http://community.logos.com/forums/t/32296.aspx
I tried the "fix" (whatever it was) that helped there: running the BWS from the LEB for lemma μενω instead of the menu. No graphics in "Graph Bible Search Results". Seems the feature is broken for some users in 5.0b beta 3 and is/was in some versions of 4 - but why?

It is Louw-Nida's "Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament based on semantic domains"
If you type "open lls:46.30;4" into the Logos command bar it translates it for you.[:)]
But, as above, I don't think its related to this issue

but this reference is not contained in KS4J's log from above (the Matched override reference neither). And while I see the lemma in Greek chars in KS4J's log, your posting distorts the Greek from my log, so: is this your browser and your log writes μενω ?

True dat. Just for the record: for me the bug is unchanged in the current RC = Logos Bible Software 5.0b (5.0.2.0556)

I am unable to reproduce this issue, but I have passed your logs on to the Development department for investigation.

We have been able to reproduce the problem and have updated the bug report.

To fix the problem, run a Bible Search in "All Bible Text" (that is, make sure you're not searching "Words of Christ" or "Surface" or similar) for a word that occurs in your preferred Bible (e.g., "blessed"), then click "Graph results" at the top of the window.
This will reset an internal preference that has gotten "stuck", which prevents results from appearing when Graph Bible Search is launched from BWS.

Wow! I can confirm this fix works (5.0b RC on Win7). Thanks, Bradley!

Thanks, confirmed fix steps worked in Logos 5.0b RC2 on OS X.
