Today when opening the Proclaim app it asked be to select a group to join and buy another on-air license. I already have a 1-year that doesn't expire for 5 months so clicked "Later" and it took me into the program. It appeared like I had made a brand new account. There were no past presentations, no files I've uploaded over the past year and no songs.
Very concerned and needing to be ready for Sunday morning (tomorrow) I went back and bought a 1 month license hoping that would fix the problem. It did not.
So now I'm re uploading all the files I can find and that I have locally and going to have to make a presentation from scratch. (For the past year have been copying and just tweaking what needs to be adjusted.)
Any help would be appreciated, customer service isn't available on the weekend and I sent off a email already asking for help in getting the account fixed. When logging into Logos it shows I have an active license that doesn't expire for months. Did a uninstall and re install with no change.
