I am the Tech Dir at my church and I set up all the songs, lyrics, backgrounds etc.. for our services. Pastor usually creates & names (date) the weeks presentation 0on Tues. Last night (Fri) I went on to add my work to the presentation. For some odd reason there were 2 presentations with the same date. One showed a (2), making it a copy. I contacted pastor & he had no idea where the (2) copy came from. Sure enough his Ppoint & sermon video were in the original. I logged back on this morning to follow up from last night. Now BOTH have disappeared!
I scanned through posts and saw something about "Abandoned On Air" being removed. 1st of all, none of uo knows how that copy (2) was made. Second - if someone is going through & making arbitrary decisions to remove presentations - leave ours alone!! Several hors of work have just disappeared. I had tried out demo models of all the presentation software before I sold the church on Proclaim. None! None of the other software has ever had the issue of presentations disappearing! What on earth??
