I just set up a second usergroup for Proclaim. The way the program and new group are communicating leads me to believe that each unique Proclaim usergroup requires a separate "On-Air" license. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

That is correct; On Air licenses are owned by a group, so each group requires its own license.
We have a Youth Group Service on Fridays, does that mean we can't use the same on-air license we purchased for Sunday services to run the Friday services?
You would have to create a group for the entire church, not really the best licensing system by any means as you would only want certain teams to have access to certain things. Maybe faithlife could come out with sub-groups?
What is the best way to set up an account--for me, my church might use for various services and fellowships--ie: kids min, youth, adult english, adult chinese, etc.

I set one up for the kids min, linked to my personal logos acct...and I don't want to give other users,access to my own personal account information/credit card.
Joni, I'm not 100% clear on precisely what you're asking, but it sounds like you want to have an account for each of the entities you mention. Each of those accounts could be members of a single group (the group for your church), and that way they would all have that group's license and be able to present without watermarks. At the same time, since each entity would have their own account, nobody would be using your own personal account and would not have access to your personal information and credit card info.
