Using iPad as remote

We are trying to utilize an iPad as the remote, particularly so the preacher can control his own slides, using the notes feature.

The ipad will recognize and load the "on air" order of service, but will not track as slides get changed nor does it have any control of what is on the screen.

I have tested with an iPhone 5, it will allow the iPhone to control the slides.

When in the logos app, the iPad will recognize the signals, so it doesn't seem like a connection issue...

We have been experiencing some intermittent server problems, which may have contributed to difficulties in controlling the presentation with the iPad.

One other thing: did you open the "On Air" presentation from the "Open" menu and tap the "Control" button? The app will automatically load the current On Air presentation, but it will not control the presentation until you open it using the "Control" button in the "Open" menu.
