I've tried several times to download Proclaim on a second church computer but keep getting an error. I've attached the error info.7215.CARLMJ1B.log

When you uninstall Proclaim, could you also delete the Proclaim folder you see in the following location?:
C:\Users\[your user id]\AppData\Local
You may have to turn "show invisible folders" on to navigate to that directory; you can do this by going to Control Panel > Folder Options and, in the "View" tab, check the radio button for "Show hidden files, folders, and drives".
Then try downloading and installing again. Let me know if this does not work for you and we can dig in further.
I could locate that folder, but there wasn't any Proclaim info there. I've never had success downloading it so there probably wouldn't be a data file.
