My reading plan is showing up in Faithlife but not Logos?  Any thoughts on why this is happening.

Strange. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab (3G type) and my Faithlife  365 Connect The Testaments reading plan does not show up on either my Logos or my Faithlife mobile and I don't see any way to sync them. Normally they just sync automatically.

I had Reading Plans showing up on my Kindle Fire (Android) last year just fine.

But, now, I can't see them for either the Logos app or the Faithlife App.  I have completely uninstalled and re-installed BOTH apps a couple of times and still NO help.

I just bought an android tablet so I could use it to keep up with a reading plan but was very disppointed not to see it available.

I also just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and it still doesn't work. Quite disappointed myself. I talked to someone from Logos a while ago and he said Android is difficult to work on with and the reading plans may never be able to work.

    Carol,

Reading plans are supported by all the Android apps.

From the Daily Readings view you can press the plus button and then add the reading plans you want to keep up with on your tablet from the Reading Plans section of the add dialog.

On 10" sized tablets you can access the Daily Readings panel on the homepage by swiping left in the Go Panel.

On smaller tablets and phones you can access the Daily Readings panel by opening the side panel, pressing the magnifying glass icon then swiping left.

Do your reading plans not show up in the Add dialog?

What type of Android tablet are you using?

    Which app are you using?

If you could provide some specifics we'd be able to look into it.

I'm not sure who you talked to but reading plans are supported and working in the Android apps. In the latest release (2.3.4.1) we addressed a reading plan issue that could potentially cause some plans to stop syncing.  If your reading plans were not updating I'd make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. If you continue to experience reading plan issues please provide some additional details about how it's not working so we can investigate.

How did you create the reading plan? From the web, desktop app or device?

Which book was the reading plan created for?

How was the reading plan "not working"? Ex/ Reading plan not listed in the Add dialog, Reading plan was not updating, etc.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 2 also, the 7". Of the 18 reading plans that I have on my laptop, only 9 of them show up on the tablet. Weird.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1"; Model SCH-1915; Ver.4.0.4  and my Logos ver. is 2.3.4.1 but I get only: Read the Bible in a Year, which I'm not doing. I'm on a group reading plan: 365 Connect the Testaments Reading Plan. But that ne does not show up. When I tap on the vReading Plans it does not open up.

Let me revise the las post. I just went into Logos and opened up another reading plan for the same 365 day Connect the Testaments and it works now. Not sure what's been happening but it's fine.

My reading plans are not syncing properly with my Android tablet or ipod.  Here is what I did. I was behind in one of my plans. I used "catch up"  in the logos software. When I logged into Faithlife I noticed that my reading was in the wrong place.  I went back to Logos and fixed my mistake using "Adjust to here".  I also added a group reading plan.

Here is what  happened.  The plans in logos are good. I looked in Faithlife and they are good there.  In my Android tablet, the new plan was added Ok but it also changed my other plan to the "catch up" version. In other words it updated once when I made my mistake, but did not update the correction. My ipod has not updated anything and still shows my first plan as behind and the second group plan is not there.

In short the logos software and faithlife on-line are good. Android and ipod are not syncing

I guess I should add that I am using the latest version in Android (I think)  2.3.4.1(Build 72). I just upgraded my PC to Logos 5 from Logos 4.

Update. I have re-installed Logos on my ipod and my Android tablet and the reading plans seem to be syncing Ok.  The only problem is that all my resources have to be re-downloaded and I will have to re-set my preferences. On the Android tablet the book are automatically downloading so it is just a matter of time.  Hopefully this was only a result of upgrading my PC to Logos 5 and will not occur at the next upgrade.
