I just upgraded to Logos 4.6b SR-1 and am unable to synchronize my resources. Attached are my error logs.

Logos personnel are working on the Sync settings as we speak. Hopefully they will be fixed soon.
It is a relief to know that it isn't just my computer! I've been trying to fix it for a while! Thanks!
