Is Proclaim compatible with Android?
Hi Ronnie - and welcome to the forums
The main Proclaim software runs on either Windows or Mac - it is not available on any other platforms at the moment.
There is a remote control application for Android allowing you to control a Proclaim presentation from your tablet / phone but that's all

Hello I am also new to android world. Actually I'm am planning to dive into application development.
Can anyone recommend some good starting points for Android App development (besides some youtube tutorials)as getting from the start & Having no real background in programmingaside from making some adventures on (ZX-81 and MSX), this does sound like I could get started on developingsomething for my own Android based eBook reader and android apps, even this online coursewhich I came across was ( http://www.wiziq.com/course/13809-iphone-app-development-xcode-cocoa-framework-jquery-phonegap )Professional Android App Development Training. I am really much worrying though to where to start from.
If my basics are not so good, then I have start all over again? or there's some other way out. I am worrying though! Please do provide a light on this also
Hi - and welcome to the forums
These forums are for the discussion of Logos software and not Android app development so not an appropriate place for this discussion.
Hope you are able to find what you need elsewhere.
As Graham said this isn't the place for discussion on Android development. Try the forums over at http://forum.xda-developers.com/
Lynda.com has some training videos on Java and Android development. It's a paid membership site, $25/mo. But they have a lot of good training videos. I have not watched any of the Java or Android videos, so I can't grade them.
Also, try a good book like "Android Wireless Application Developement", by Darcey & Conder. You'll also need to know the basics of Java, if you don't already. It hasn't been updated in a while, but I still like Bruce Eckel's, "Thinking in Java".
Have Fun!
I'm considering getting Proclaim for our youth programs. Most of my students have apple based products, but I have a Nexus 7 and a few others use android programs. Will features like bumping the scripture reference to their Bible app work if they are on Android products?
Hi Alex - and welcome to the forums.
Yes, Signals are supported in both the Android and iOS apps.
