Delete multiple slides at once

I like to use the same presentation each week and just delete and add new slides. Currently I only see a way to delete one slide at a time from the presentation. Can you program a way to delete multiple slides at once (like holding "control" while clicking on various slides and then click "delete all slides" or holding "shift" while clicking a beginning slide and then an ending slide and then click "delete all slides" and it will delete all of the slides from the first one clicked to the last one clicked.)

I would also like to have the ability to apply an edit (e.g. change the background) to multiple slides.

Twice in a week. I'd think your programmers would get the hint.

I have serious doubts that any of the design or programming team uses this program to actually build a presentation for a church.

I know I'm sounding like a real grouch or troll here, but after experiencing so many reliability issues in the last few weeks and then basic functions not added while things like polls and giving and stuff that is really just extras are added.

Focus on some basic things like adding the ability to play DVD and reducing the number of clicks it takes to add content like images and videos.

I hear your complaint. Proclaim is lacking in some very basic workflow improvements that will make it easier to use for almost all users. We are currently focusing solely on stability. The next step will be some of these improvements - my content management, multi-select for delete, etc.

To be honest DVD integration is not a huge priority for us right now. It has been in the spec since day one but the majority of our users use videos stored in the cloud. I do think we'll get there eventually, but it's not on the immediate road map.

But Scott, why would you not have this functionality when you first launch? We switched to Proclaim shortly after you launch and we LOVE the concept. Lots of strong features, but usability is really testing our patience. SO cumbersome. Sorry to post 3 times today, but I spent several hours setting up new presentations and gave up trying to delete old slides.

This is a real let down. The majority of your users use video stored in the cloud because they CAN'T use DVD's in your software. That's like Ford saying people who drive our cards don't use breaks if they didn't put breaks in their cars. Put it in and I bet a majority of your users will start using it.

On the positive, adding the Delete key function really makes creating a new presentation much easier since I don't have to delete the old sermon and song content nor do I have to start from scratch each time.
