Some more details on the issue you are experiencing would be helpful. Are you using Windows or Mac operating systems? What exactly is the behavior you are seeing? (i.e., is the program window remaining open, or does window close but the icon in the task bar remains?)

Running lagtest mac and latest Proclaim.
I try to sut down the program and the window goes away, but the icon continues to show the glow below to show it is still open and the proclaim menu stays on the menu bar until I force quit. I have waited for as long as overnight to let it happen. It's taking place on two computers, both macs.
There is currently an active case for this issue on 10.8, and we are working to get it resolved. Thank you for the report.
