I just tried to upload a countdown from graceway media and I received an error message saying the file is larger than the 209.7mb file size limit for upload. I haven't seen this before...is it because of the recent update?
The 200 MB limit on uploaded videos has been in place since Proclaim launched. This is to prevent our server from being overloaded with huge video transcoding and storage issues.
If your video is very large we recommend that you run it locally from the presentation computer.
This is frustrating and limits the usefulness of the program. I have a file that's 220 and need to upload it at home. The primary reason for using Proclaim is to be able to upload at home or in my office and have it playable on our balcony computer. If I can't do this, then putting up with the other limitations becomes a bigger problem for us.
a workaround would be just uploaded to dropbox, then once you get to the church just add it locally. almost exactly the same but 2 extra clicks.
