Audio Problem

Our machine's audio is working running from computer to our board however, Proclaim audio is not working. Any thoughts? I'm stuck today because I just found out and it's Sunday morning. I have tried both Video Soundtrack and Background Sound. Any thoughts? I have also tried a couple different videos and none have sound when played through Proclaim. Thanks for you help!

That's strange

I've just tried it with a couple of videos - one local and one synced to the cloud - and they both produce sound fine.

I am running this on Windows - are you on Windows or Mac?

Yeah, it works fine from my Mac (which is where I built the presentation). It works on my home PC (Win7). It doesn't work on the Church Machine (Win8). Other sound works fine though...just Proclaim.

I'm wondering if this is a reinstall and try again. It was brought to my attention today that the sound stopped working 2 weeks ago, but since we don't typically use anything that requires (I don't typically use/need the sound on the bumper videos) sound, it hasn't been an issue. Again, I just found out today and it was before church so uninstall/reinstall was not a viable option.

You should also make sure that the Windows Volume Settings are not muted for Proclaim (Windows 7 and 8 have per-application volume settings).

I still have been unable to track down where I can control the audio for an individual application in Windows 8. I don't use this machine much...just our presentation machine. I actually do the work on Mac. I don't need sound this week...but any advice would be wonderful as there are a couple video clips with sound I'd like to use soon. I have searched and I'm pretty unclear on where this setting is as I have found the Win8 settings confusing and not really user friendly.

Finally got the Audio to work in Proclaim. I have no clue how it happened. It now works...but I still need to figure out how to adjust volume controls per app in Win8.
