Text over video

Am i doing something wrong?

I am adding a content item. Adding a video file as the background. Then I go to Customize to layout out my typography but I can't see any text. I see text boxes but no text. If i exit out of customize i then see the text. But its impossible to lay out the slide while in customize.

Need these for Easter Sunday. Help.

This is the second report of this we've received but I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Are you on Windows or Mac? What font are you selecting for your customization?

ok seems to be working here at home... although I did just download an update to Proclaim when i went to start it.

Here at home im on Windows 8

Not sure, its not a newer version i know that, i can remote log in and get the version for you.
