Backgrounds not uploading to cloud...and other things.

We have been putting backgrounds in on our songs and selecting the option to have them uploaded to our group, but none of the backgrounds are showing up in "my content." What could be happening?

Also, how do you delete things from "my content"? I've uploaded pictures from a sermon I did months ago and they are still there...and they don't need to be. It simply clutters everything up. Ideas?

Finally, is there a way to organize the content in the cloud? Tags, etc?

Have you tried searching the My Content section for a file name or tag? They should be showing up here. I'll take a look at your group on Monday and see if I see anything amiss.

You should be able to right click Hide the item. We have known issues in this area, namely if you hide the sermon background from the content service item editor the background will still be available in the song and Bible passage service item editors. It needs to be hidden from all three locations. We will getting to this issue in the near future.

Not currently but we do plan on addressing the shortcomings of our media organization story shortly.

I'm not seeing anything obviously wrong with your group data. It would help me troubleshoot if you could do the following

upload a custom background giving it a meaningful name so you can search for it later
wait at least 1 minute after a successful upload for it to be indexed by our server-side database
search for this media in the My Content section

If you can't find your background reply back w/ the file name used and approximate upload time and I'll be able to dig in further.

I've found everything. It wasn't loading in the main "my content" page until I expanded it and everything showed.

However, I right click on an item and select "remove from library" and it isn't deleted. Any ideas there?

Check again in a minute or two. The server side index needs to rebuild after removing an item.

Ok...it's working now. We really need a way to select multiple items and group delete. I'm sure that's in the mix with some sort of file system as well.
