Bug = unable to load songs

I have been unable to load songs from the sanctuary. We can see other presentations created by other offices, but we need to load and edit songs from the sanctuary on Sunday mornings.

There was also what seem to be a sync error? Not sure what that was?

Be sure your internet connection is on and strong in the Sanctuary.

Then, try disabling your Antivirus and Firewall software, which can block Proclaim Synchronization.

Connection is hard wired and very good in the Sanctuary. Antivirus and Firewalls are off during the testing of Proclaim.

We can view and edit all presentations created outside the Sanctuary. We cannot add songs.

Are you referring to Song items from the Add Item menu, or song lyrics from a service such as the Logos Hymnal or SongSelect?

We were doing a Add Item, then entered a song title in the search box.

What happens when you type a song in? Does the search box come up but is empty? Or does the box not come up at all?
