Paid for on-air license, but it does not show up on my account.

Hi,

I joined a group for our church, signed up for an on-air license, paid for it - but my account details are not updated with the new license expiry date.

Is there any way to fix this? I've tried to sync my account again, tried a different laptop, waited 24 hours, etc...

Hi RBC,

Please take a quick moment to follow these steps to see if your expiration date is correct. Open Proclaim and click on the account menu in the upper right corner. Click "Purchase on-air license..." (don't worry you aren't actually buying anything).

In the window that pops up it will show you your current expiration date for your on-air license. Is the one in your window correct?

Hi Travis,

When I follow the instructions, I don't see any expiration date. It just shows the Audience Size and Renewal Period boxes.

One more thing; when you purchase an on-air license it is applied to the group you are a part of. Did you change to a different group from the one you purchased the license with?

Yes, I purchased it with a group that I was a member of. Originally, I was a member of a TestGroup, but I added myself to a new group for our Church, and purchased the license on that one. Could the problem have been that I was a member of more than one group?

In any case, now we have a paid license, but it's not showing in our group. Please help!
