Logos Library and Vyrso

As long as you are using the same credentials, your library of mobile enabled Logos & Vyrso resources should be available on all of the apps, including Logos, Vyrso & Faithlife. If they are not showing up, you have likely signed in to the wrong account. Another possibility is that you have filtered the library somehow which is preventing you from seeing your resources. Make sure the search box is blank in the app library.

It sounds like you are asking about the desktop application… is that right? This thread was created to ask a question about the mobile app… If you are asking about the desktop app, try using the commands update now and update resources. If you are asking about the mobile app, let me know and I will try to walk you through it.

By the way… by "filtered" I mean having ANYTHING typed in the search bar in the library. I was meaning the mobile app library, but this applies to the desktop app as well. Once you start typing, the library filters out all resources which don't match. The more you type, the more that gets filtered.

Can you verify that you used the same username & password for both the app & book purchase? Have you recently changed your username or password with Logos/Vyrso?
