Bug- Videos (Background and Add Item) Freeze and have to "End Process" Proclaim

1) I go through songs with video backgrounds and one song that works on a mac freezes on a PC

2) All other videos in the presentation are now frozen as well

3) I attempt to close Proclaim but the process never shuts down. I have to open the task manager and end the process.

Any help will be much appreciated

How are the videos freezing? Do you see a spinner at all? Could you please post your Proclaim.log, it has more information that would be very helpful to us in figuring out whats wrong.

While moving through the songs, I would go from a song with a working motion background to a 1st slide of the next song with a different motion background and it would be frozen as if it was paused on the first frame. After this happens, I try the other songs and they are now frozen as well. I can actually still advance through the lyrics though.

I currently do not have access to the computer from which I posted the error log but the computer I am at now is experiencing the same problem. There is one difference though. On this computer, the "freeze" does not happen immediately all the time. I have been able to recreate the error on this computer twice up to this point.

whoops...that 118454 is me as well. I did a little bit more testing and also found that the problem only occurs when a secondary monitor is connected. This would be the preferred mode of operation of course.
