Baker New Testament Commentary Not Showing
I recently bought the baker New Testament commentary set by Hendriksen, in the Saturday sales, but I found that it isn't appearing in my library on iPad. Does anyone know why? It says it's available for mobile devices, or at least I'm fairly sure that's what it means on the product page... Help anyone?

I can see this series on my iPad so they are certainly available there.
how long since you purchased them?
have you tried force-killing the app on the iPad and restarting it?

It is available on mobile devices, and it's appearing on mine. It sounds like the library catalogue is not updating for some reason. Assuming you're signed in correctly, you could try quitting the app with a long press in the taskbar, and restarting.

Just to check... Have you filtered your library in any way? Is the search box in the library completely empty?

Do you have the desktop app? If so, is it there? Is the resource available to you on biblia.com?

Nope. It's not on Biblia either. When I go to my account, the order shows up though, on logos.com. So I'm not sure what's going on...0

If it's not on Biblia, you're going to need customer services to look into it for you.

Forgive me if this seems like a stupid question!
Are the log-in credentials you are using on your iOS device exactly the same ones as you are using to check your online account (which show the order has gone through)?

Mark is right… you will need to contact customer service. It's likely a small glitch on your account.
