BUG - fade transition not smooth

In follow up I made to a post 10 days ago, about the fade transition not being smooth, I've updated proclaim through the download process, re-run, and did the following: logged in automatically as audiovisual@victorypeople.org, launched the Test Presentation, went On Air without making any changes to it, then starting arrowing to the right to advance the slides. The transitions were very choppy, showing only about 2-3 frames of fade animation between slides. Since this is not especially expensive computationally, I would have expected more than this, and the choppiness is much worse when using a motion background. I have attached the log files as a zip.

I have a MacBook Pro with 8GB of RAM an AMD Radeon HD 6490M. In one of the last few updates, Proclaim has stopped invoking this video card and stayed on the Intel HD 3000 card in my computer. This has caused all kinds of choppiness and stutter. Is this something you all did in the code?

Proclaim is not selecting which video card to use, this is a operating system setting. Are you running on battery or with the laptop plugged in? By default the system switches to the internal video card when running from battery to conserve battery life. Here are two articles which may help in identifying which video card the system is using.

This is an HP tc4400 laptop running Windows 8 64bit Pro, graphics = integrated mobile Intel 945 express chipset family, 4GB RAM (2.2GB of 3.4GB used according to task manager), SSD HD (120GB, 28GB free space), Intel Core 2 T7200 CPU (dual core), 1024x768 laptop screen resolution. In regards to the other forum post, there is only one video device in the system, and I'm not sure how to apply that forum post to this case. When running Proclaim, I was sending video out to a 1600x1200 monitor. Need to know anything else?
