I ordered the free book, "We Endeavor" yesterday, but can't get it to download on my iPad.  I have logged out online and logged back in, but I still can't get it to download to Logos, Faithlife, or Vyrso.  What do I need to do?

    This seems to be a server error which needs to be fixed by Logos.
