Not sure I understand how to sync the research and study performed on my Kindle with the laptop and vice versa. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I have installed the LOGOS app on my kindle and according to the LOGOS website it is supposed to snyc with my laptop LOGOS. Trying to understand what causes the sync to occur as sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work.
By design every time there is a change on the Logos app for Android (on your Kindle) they should sync with the Logos servers. When you open the app on your desktop it should sync those things. You see this in the little arrows spinning in the upper right corner next to the Layouts button. When they finish spinning all the syncing should be complete. If that's not happing it's a problem and you should look into it with support or maybe they will help here, but that's less certain.

I don't have a kindle, but an android tablet and I can't find my notes. How does one sync the tablet with the laptop so the notes appear on the tablet app.
Are you talking about Logos books you are using through the Logos Kindle app on a Fire?
