I've just tried from my iPad and it works fine.

which resource / passage?
how are you trying to post the note (from within the resource or the community note panel)?
which group?

Sorry it took so long, I had to restore my iPad back to factory Settings and then reload and down load all my books. but now it seems to work.

Was restoring the iPad unrelated to Logos?
