Sorry, we couldn't post your community note. Please try again.
Hi Josh
I've just tried from my iPad and it works fine.
Are you still having this problem?
If so, can you provide some more details:
Graham
Sorry it took so long, I had to restore my iPad back to factory Settings and then reload and down load all my books. but now it seems to work.

Sorry you had to go through all that but glad to hear it is now working.
Was restoring the iPad unrelated to Logos?
Well I tried to just redown load the logos app but it did not fix the issue so ats when I just restored the iPad altogether. Now my logos app works fine. Just having issues with community note on faithlife app now lol. Just keep praying for me.....
The issue with the faithlife app is the community notes don't show up on the home page but they do show up in read mode.
Where on the homepage are you expecting the community notes to show up?
There isn't anywhere obvious (that I can see) where they should be displayed.
The column in the middle is for comments people post in threads not for resource references.
Well nothing is showing up for me in the My faithlife box or Notiffications, Messages part nor the group part.
this sounds what you might see if the faithlife app were not logged in to your Logos account.
have you checked that you are logged in correctly?
Reading plans show up and show if I get behind too
sounds fairly conclusive!
sorry, but I don't know what could cause this. That central panel is fully populated in my faithlife app.
are you able to post a screenshot showing what you see?
I don't use faithlife.com often, and I never use the mobile app (I use the main app instead)... With that preface, let me ask you a couple of questions:
Was going to use for small group of about 12 if I can getting working right. Just made my first group 3 days ago. If all goes well going to do Moore groups. 3 hours ago Was last notication
Does force-killing the app and restarting it fix the issue?
Well not sure what force killing a app is? Isn't that for Android users? I have a ipad
Thank you so much Kevin I think force killing the app is key!!! Its working now!!
I guess you figured it out. [:)]
Amen, thanks for all the tips everyone. God bless! Heb 13:1 let brotherly love Continue.
