Proclaim Re-ordering Slides

I am not sure how to explain the behavior I'm seeing, but here's a shot. When I opened Proclaim the items in my pre-service loop and warm-up section are getting all jumbled. When I try to move everything back to its rightful place, it seems to be ok, then it is as though Proclaim communicates with the server and changes all of the slides to different spots. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it, and so far I'm only seeing it with the Pre-Service Loop and Warm-Up section. I'm assuming this behavior was introduced in the most recent update, I updated this morning, but hadn't logged in since last Thursday. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated!

Hi Rick,
I've passed your question on to our Proclaim expert, so he should be contacting you soon!

Ok, as near as I can tell, the slides seem to be staying in the right spots now. I have no idea what caused the previous behavior, nor why it suddenly started behaving as it should. Hope it stays that way.

Rick, did you by chance take a screen shot of the re-ordered slides?

I did not. Didn't even occur to me to do that. If it reoccurs (hoping it doesn't) I'll screenshot it to show you.

Ok, one last bit of information that might help narrow down the issue. Apparently me and another of our users is editing the same presentation at the same time. Neither of us were changing the order of those sections (we were both working on other things), but both of us are editing the same presentation. Thought that might help you nail down what's happening.

Hi,
Just wondering if this issue was resolved for you. We are having this exact same issue when two people are logged on.

Hello Joe,
I was able to recreate your issue. I am looking into more concrete ways of reproducing it but for now I am filing a bug report. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We should be shipping a server side fix for this later this afternoon. Thanks for your patience.

Joe, thanks for bringing attention to this again--I didn't seem to get anywhere (obviously). Glad it's going to be fixed. We've just been having to go back and reorder things after we get done. It will be nice to not have to worry about having more than one person logged in anymore.

In the middle of worship service proclaim skipped over the remainder of the sermon slides and began to play closing chorus. Not cool. I tried backing up bt it did same thing again. Help
