Software update error

I am a current user. Our contract was recently renewed, and I can no longer run the program. When I launch the application it starts download the required update, but after about 15 MB into the update I get this error:

* Activation of http://www.proclaimonline.com/clickonce/proclaim.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ HTTP redirect is not allowed for application files and assemblies. Cannot download icudt42.dll.

Any idea what is causing my problem?

If you are on a Windows machine, try restarting. If you still remember your password and email address, then uninstall and then download again. Hope this helps.

Restarting doesn't help. How do i uninstall? I can't find the program on my computer, just the icon my my desktop.

If you are using Windows Vista or later,

1. Go to control panel

2. Type uninstall if you do not see it

3. Scroll down until you see Proclaim, double click and then follow the prompts.

Yes, first try uninstalling from the control panel, then try the installation again.

If that fails, please give us a call at 1-800-875-6467 and we'll take care of you (this might be a bit complicated to troubleshoot via this forum).
