No PPT images on iOS Control App

Here's what I've done from multiple computers with the same results:

Add Item
Import Powerpoint
Select Powerpoint
Set "Convert to Images"
Set "Upload and Sync to my group"
clicked ADD

Everything in the PPT images is visible from computer, from other computer and from android virtual device. But NO PPT images are visible on the apple proclaim control app. They show up as just a bunch of white slides.

Anyone know the fix? Our Pastor uses his iPad during the service which is tomorrow so any help today is greatly appreciated!

PS. I know that it is easier to just create the slides in Proclaim, but were are not there with our transition yet.

When I follow the steps you outline I get the same results - i.e. blank slides.

However, if when the remote app is controlling the on-air presentation I click the icon just to the right of "Open" (shown in yellow on the screenshot) and select the Powerpoint slides they are then visible and remain visible even if the presentation goes off-air and back on again

Not suggesting this is correct behaviour but it could get you going for tomorrow - assuming you get the same results

Now that is interesting. I will give that a try.

I found another work around that seems to work from my iPod Touch (he is offsite with his iPad at them moment).

In PowerPoint > Save As > select Save As Type: JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg) > Save.

From Proclaim > Add Item > Image Slideshow > Select the first fill then Ctrl + A (select all) > leave order alone and make sure "Upload and sync to my group" is selected > ADD.

It seems to take some time to sync the images to the controller, but it's faster than the PPT (which I got to work after leaving open a while with a 5 slide PPT but not a 36 slide PPT... yet).
