I'm really glad this is being made available, but what a shame you're choosing to licence the Reformation Heritage editions, rather than reprinting the original public domain books on Community Pricing. It's a double shame, because there's far more available than Reformation Heritage publishes. (I'd like his work on the Holy Spirit, that Banner republished recently, for example.)
I feel sure that on Community Pricing, you could have had enough buyers to sell a complete works of Winslow for the same $50 you're selling these four volumes.

Three of these are in my mind the best of Winslow, and the Evening Thoughts is like having quotes from some of his other works. I hope these get published. Sure I would like all his works but Im grateful for any at this point.[Y]

Great, I'm happy to hear this. We do want whatever we can get, but there are, of course, restrictions we have to work around with publishers, rights holders, etc. I assure you, my goal is to always get everything we can for Logos.
If there's interest in some of his public domain works, as well, I'd be happy to throw that together for CP. I have a very major Reformed project right now taking up most of my time, but I'll get to this ASAP.

Sure, but that's not what I meant. There's often questions regarding why we'd publish PD content when more recent editions or issues are available, so I'll take this into consideration, as well. We aim to please, as always.

If you put the Reformation Heritage 'version' of these works on Prepub for $49.95, and the same works from the original publisher on Community Pricing, I'm confident that the CP version would outsell the PrePub version and bring in more income for Logos, all at a far cheaper price for the consumer. Unless a re-publisher is adding significant value (for example, with a critical edition, or extensive explanatory footnotes), there's no point paying more that we have to.

I agree with Mark that CP would seem the best way to go seeing these works are in the public domain. I for one would certainly bid for them.

I know this thread is ten years old. But the author came to my mind tonight. A reminder that there is/was a package of 14 volumes on community price gathering interest and the link is found here.
I am still hoping this will be produced.
