"Swipe up" feature seems to have disappeared

This is running Bible 4.0.3 on an HTC Desire HD phone running Android 2.3.5

In the 3.x series of the app "swiping up" on a verse within a Bible provided options to:

invoke the Passage Guide
run a Text Comparison
Search
Add a note
Share
Add to Favorites

This seems to have disappeared in the 4.0.3 beta release.

Was this intentional? If so, how are these functions intended to be invoked? (I know some are accessible by doing a "long-press" on a word but not all)

Found the answer when looking at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/76498.aspx

pressing on a verse brings up a menu function at the top of the screen which, when opened, provides all the various options.

Yes, all of those features can now be accessed from the pane-specific action bars. When choosing one of those options, a "Choose a location" dialog appears, which lets you choose one of the visible references on screen (our alternative to the v2 tiny little left and right arrow buttons).
