Ellen White Encyclopedia
Can we get this in Logos. It will be the perfect match to sell with the expanded Seventh-day Adventist Bible Commentary.
Thanks to Johnathan for bring this to my attention. Had heard about it, but did not know that it was already published.

I was just talking about this book today with someone else. I'm in for this!!!

By the way is it even available yet? I googled it and went R&H and couldn't find it.
I'll email Dr. Lake or Dr. Burt to find out.0 -
Ok, I heard back from Dr. Burt and he said the hard back copy should be out before Christmas. Dr. Moon and Fortin are giving a presentation on the history and significance of the book at our March 24, 2014 Ellen White Issues Symposium. So I just wanted to share that because I wanted to know when it would be available. If Logos gets ahold of this I will also purchase that too here.

Wonder if it would be possible for Martin to contact PP and RH to see if it would be possible to get books in Logos when a particular book comes or or soon after.
Having to buy a book twice not really popular with me :-)
But if there was a Estimate time for arrival in Logos for books that are the works or have been approved it may make my purchasing a lot easier.

I am Spirit of Prophecy Co-ordinator in my conference, and I may have to bite the bullet and buy the paper, unless I have the assurance that this will be released in Logos, shortly after they release the dead tree version.

It will be held at Andrews University. I believe they all have been at Andrews. I was at Andrews from '07-'10 and since in Michigan Conference and it's always been at Andrews.
I can't find any info regarding this years exepet the date, but some info on last years should give a basic outline of what to expect

Thanks David. Hope that I can make it. If you hear of the date, let me know.

It's March 24, 2014.
I live a little less than 3 hours a way, am thinking of attending

I would love to buy this resource on Logos! I am excited that Logos is actively trying to get quality Adventist literature into their program!

I concur, David. I'm in fervent and frequent discussions with both RH & PP. Last week I met with representatives from both publishers in person and have been in contact yet today. It's a complex and time-extensive process involving committee action. Things look very good but wheels turn slowly when you are plowing fresh ground. Once we have a system in place, I anticipate being able to have a reliable and expeditious pipeline for resources into the Logos system. Let's please pray for this!

Thanks for the update Martin.

Sorry I have not replied sooner, been really busy... Anyhow, what you have heard is correct. It will at Andrews University Seminary Chapel on March 24, 9:30am. Dr. Burt said anyone can come to attend. So if you live in Michigan or close by Berrien, it should be a nice presentation to drive out for.
Blessings...

Norman Geisler and others have interesting articles in Logos about the prophecies of Ellen White and others that were not fulfilled.
Hi Francis, can you list the resources or provide a link. Would be interested in reading, especially if I already have them in my library. Thanks.

Hi Lynden, it has been a while since I did the research. I attempted to find the resources again (perhaps it was not Norman Geisler after all) but was not successful. I don't really have much time to do this right now. I do remember reading about it however because of correspondence I exchanged with someone who had questions about it. Perhaps other users will be more useful in pointing to specific Logos resources. In the meantime, and if you don't have the resources on Logos, there is ample material to be found online. You can find the integral, searchable text of her writings (since they are public domains) as well as articles that direct to specific prophecies (and where they are found) that were not fulfilled. If you have trouble finding, let me know and I might be able to help.

I have just received a newsletter from R&H highlighting a special pre-publication promotion they are doing on the EGW Encyclopedia. You can see the newsletter here: http://us4.campaign-archive2.com/?u=46de4ad693e3cdfbeb97f7bf0&id=acf21651f1&e=0cffd52857 . It would be good to know if there are any plans on making this available on Logos any time soon so we can decide wether to order the hard copy at the $39.99 price.
