sync between devices
I use my Faithlife app on 3 different devices (my andriod phone, kindle fire, and my desktop computer). Is there a way to sync my bookmarks, highlights, etc with all devices so I have them where ever I am studying?
Thanks!

Hi - and welcome to the forums
Highlights should automatically sync between the devices you mention.
Bookmarks are not currently supported on mobile devices but you can sync favorites which might go some way towards what you want.
Can you provide any more detail as to exactly what you require?

I have the same question. I typically use faithlife study bible for my devotions on my Google Nexus and highlight and make notes. But when I go to my desktop the text is not highlighted nor are their any notes associated with the text. I go to logos.com, biblica.com and faithlife page and have the same issue. Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Bryan

Hi Bryan - and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear you are having problems- some questions to try and narrow things down a little:
- In which notesfile are you making notes and highlights on your Nexus? (This is visible from within the notes editor)
- Is this notesfile enabled (under the visual filters - three interlocking circles - icon) on your desktop.
- Are you using the same logon credentials on Nexus and desktop?
- What versions of the Android app and Logos software are you using?
- Are you running Logos on Windows or Mac?

This I don't fully understand. You wouldn't read these resources on logos.com. Highlights are not available in biblia.com. Which faithlife pages are you referring to?
For now, I would focus on resolving issues between your Nexus and desktop?

sorry i didn't know you had replied Graham. Most notations are now synced between my phone and kindle, haven't checked notes yet (have to find one first LOL!). It must take a while for them to sync. LOL! Still not synced with the computer, but that's ok.
Thank you [:D]

That's easy on the PC side: Open the Documents menu, at the righthandside you'll find all kinds of existing Logos douments, including notes files. They will contain your notes and highlights, and you can open them and read the notes there.
Have joy in the Lord!

Thank you for your willingness to help me. I'll try to be a little clearer when it comes to my situation.
When I tap on the faithlife app on my Nexus it opens to Faithlife study bible NIV. I may highlight a text and add a note and save it.
I go to faithlife.com thinking I would see a tab or something that would allow me to see my notes and highlights. I don't see anything like that. So I click on the "bible" tab at the top of the page and go to the text I know I highlighted previously. When I get to it nothing is highlighted nor is their anything that looks like a note I had made through my Nexus.
Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place or am trying to do something the product doesn't do yet.
I hope this is more helpful.

Okay. Here is something else that might be helpful.
When I'm in my bible on my laptop at bible.faithlife.com, a windows based pc, I can make a note for a scripture passage and it appears on my nexus. However, I am not able to do visa versa.
I just realized that I'm dealing with two different kinds of notes. The notes I create using my laptop are community notes. The notes I'm making on my Nexus are personal notes. This is all so confusing.

Apologies - I had assumed you were using Logos 5 software on your PC. This is the base Logos software for Bible study and notes created in this should be synchronised with notes you create on your Lexus and vice verse. If you wish to make use of it - and don't already have it - the free engine is available at https://www.logos.com/installation

Community notes are the only type of notes currently supported in web-based access such as via bible.faithlife.com. They are designed to allow groups of people to share notes and ideas.
When creating a note on your nexus you will see the option to switch between "Private" and "Community" (tabs at top of note editor) which determines which type of note you create.

Does this help dispel some of the confusion?
What are you actually wanting to achieve?
