Okay so I am trying to reproduce your crash using SongSelect and I am unable to. Are there any steps you can tell me in oder to reproduce this crash? It would be very helpful. In the mean time, I will keep on investigating the crash and I will update you when I find out more information.
I don't think I can help much more. The crash happened a couple of times with adding songs. I work on an iMac and when I am putting the presentation together I sit Proclaim on a second screen using the main screen to source items etc. The crashes happened with Proclaim on the second screen.
When I test the presentation I move Proclaim back to the main screen and use the second screen as a projection screen.
I find that the slow response entering Song titles means that I make quite a few errors typing and do have to backspace and correct quite a lot. I don't know if this would be a problem?
As an aside I think it would be helpful if the search for a hymn didn't start immediately but waited for a pause in typing.
I think I have enough to go on from the logs you posted. It looks like we received something unexpected from SongSelect. Not reproducible but something we can guard against in the future. We'll get a fix out shortly and thanks for the feedback!
Have there been any resolutions with Song Select and Proclaim we just started having the issue.
SongSelect should be working normally. What happens when you attempt to link your accounts?
One common issue is that your system time is not accurate. SongSelect is strict about your system time being within 24 hours of the current time or they will not accept login credentials. You can read more here.
