I updated to the new OS X Mavericks and now I don't seem to have any of the transitions between slides. No matter the transition I choose, when I go on air the transitions are immediate like a "cut" transition. Any ideas?

I was able to reproduce this and I have filed a bug report. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Same things is going on on my end also...having had transitions for 2 weeks now..now matter which one it is on.
We've shipped a fix for transitions on Mavericks. Please see this thread for additional information and future Mavericks compatibility discussions.
