First, let me say how much I appreciate Logos software! Although I am currently a VP for a software company, I am getting my Ph.D. in New Testament and have constantly used Logos for my dissertation work as well as the teaching I do for our church. So thanks for making such great software available for us.
I've been using version 4.0 for about a week now, and having done lots of GUI design in my past, I appreciate the new skin and various other UI functionality. But, while I've read the new features list and certainly like having the interlinear available for my NASB, I've struggled to find new core functionality that enables me more from version 3.0 to 4.0. Perhaps I'm just missing where certain tools are (e.g. Bible Speed Search, selecting a word in the interlinear and being able to copy the English - not Greek - spelling of the word out, my Calvin PBB commentaries), so I thought I'd ask the question to others: What do you find in 4.0 that enables you to do better research, etc., than 3.0?
Please don't take this as me being negative about 4.0; I genuinely want to know what I haven't found yet. Thanks!
