Please check the book page of https://vyrso.com/product/25916/a-place-called-bliss (currently free) - the book seems to be historical fiction, but the description doesn't fit at all, it seems to belong to Stephen Williams: Shadow of the Antichrist which doesn't seem to be available in Vyrso or Logos [I'd really prefer to have this, even if it was for pay rather than free!]

BTW, here are some more issues you can check out:

    https://vyrso.com/product/21746/linspired-the-remarkable-rise-of-jeremy-lin

    https://vyrso.com/product/29940/linspired-jeremy-lins-extraordinary-story-of-faith-and-resilience

Same book, different subtitle and price!

    https://vyrso.com/product/23675/the-berenstain-bears-follow-gods-word

This doesn't tell us which books are included. According to CBD they are: The Berenstain Bears: Kindness Counts; The Berenstain Bears Go to Sunday School; The Berenstain Bears and the Golden Rule; The Berenstain Bears: God Loves You; and The Berenstain Bears Say Their Prayers.

BTW they are 5.88 for that and also https://vyrso.com/product/23676. I don't suppose you can match them. And while we're on the subject I've been waiting for months for https://vyrso.com/product/21456/rich-mullins-a-devotional-biography to come down to match the big A at 0.98.

I would also like to have Stephen Williams book... I was quite excited when I saw the offer, but very dissapointed when I realized it was not the book I was hoping for.

Hi NB.Mick, I apologize for the confusion with the description of the free ebook. I've corrected the description to reflect the resources contents (A Place Called Bills). As for the Shadow of the Antichrist by Stephen Williams, Baker has not released a digital edition of this ebook to any retailer for the time being. Again, I apologize for the confusion with the description and appreciate the time you took to notify us of the problem!

I looked into the differences in these two books and could find very few, for the time being I have retired: Linspired: The Remarkable Rise of Jeremy Lin.

I double checked and can confirm that these ebooks are included in the collection:

The Berenstain Bears God Loves You!
The Berenstain Bears and the Golden Rule
    The Berenstain Bears Kindness Counts
The Berenstain Bears Go To Sunday School
The Berenstain Bears Say Their Prayers

Unfortunately, at this time we won't be able to match those prices. Thanks for your keen eye, and desire to make Vyrso a better place to shop!

    Merry Christmas!

Ah, that's unfortunate. A 2006 book should be available in electronic format - but then, it's a UK production... Via a very large retailer I just told Baker that I'd like to read this on their electronic device. Maybe this helps.

Peace to all!       *smile*                   Today and right now IS: Sunday - January 19, 2014!              *smile*

Having been privileged by our Gracious God and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to serve as Pastor in His Church in Saskatchewan for 20 years, I was a little surprised when I checked my "A Place Called Bliss" Vyso book and discovered that the "megadata" was still the mistaken as follows:

"There have been many recent studies of postmodernism by Christian writers, but few have considered the continuing influence of Friedrich Nietzsche, the nineteenth-century German philosopher who was sharply critical of orthodox religion. Stephen Williams fills that gap with this study of Nietzsche and his continuing importance. In this book, winner of a Christianity Today 2007 Book Award, Williams is particularly concerned with Nietzsche's critique of Christianity. Nietzsche's negative account of religion has cast a long shadow over twentieth-century philosophy, and Williams suggests that thoughtful Christians need to consider his case carefully. Christian students of intellectual history and pastors will find this study a compelling account of an important strand of philosophical theology that has had great influence on contemporary culture."   end quote

Honestly I'm in no hurry whatsoever that this be corrected (particularly since this was a free book, eh.!!!!); however, I was sort of wondering whether it got "in line" somewhere for eventual correcting and updating!                 I certainly recognise that the Logos mandate is really difficult at times and "backlogs" are not at all uncommon I'm sure ...

Please note!             It HAS been corrected on the Vyrso.com website   ............          the book, however, has not yet been updated to match that ...........        which is fine with me .......              but !         ........            I thought Logos should know in case it's been totally overlooked...

So!             Just a little note ...     for your information!           *smile*              Don't you just hate that "FYI" sometimes, eh?!

    *smile*
