Unable to download ESV Bible after purchasing.
Hello all,
I've recently purchased the ESV bible in hopes of using it on my ipad when I don't have an internet connection. I've also purchased the ESV Study Bible notes as well, and I am able to download the Study Bible notes but not the ESV bible. The option to download is still faded out, despite having purchased the ESV Bible in the store.
Is there any way to troubleshoot the problem?

Have you checked out your account on the Logos website to make sure the purchase actually did go through? Are you sure you used the same credentials (username & password)?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? (you will lose any downloaded resources).

I'm having this same issue with NAS95. When I installed IOS app, I did not own the resource so it was only available online. I have now added it to my library meaning it is now available on the desktop and no longer available for me to purchase in store (meaning I definitely On my way! it as the "Add to cart" option is brayed out). But when I try to download to iPad, I'm told that I don't own the resource.
