Books did not download
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. I downloaded the free books by Beth Moore unto my laptop. But when I went into my Vyrso and Bible on the Galaxy, they did not download. Up to this time, I've had no problem. I tried using the directions of using the "airplane" mode but that didn't work either. Please help.

To clarify:
- Are they visible in the library on your Galaxy and you are unable to download them?
- Or are they not visible in the library at all?

Hi Charlene! I'm sorry you are having trouble, I see that the order processed so the titles should be in your account. Have you tried closing the app and re-opening the app?

Well, it would be good to check. [;)]
If it isn't, try killing the app and/or turning the device off. You could also try deleting the app and reinstalling.
All of these suggestions are made with the assumption that you are actually using the same account (username & password).

Yes, I have closed and re-opened both apps several times over the last couple of days.

Yes, I've checked and the account is the same.
The only thing I haven't done is delete and reinstall the Vyrso app. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that . . . So if that's the only option left . . .
If I do that, will the books also show up on the Bible app then?

I don't know, and I don't use Android devices. It might be in your best interest to seek help in the Android forum. This forum is really about the Vyrso store and its resources.
When users have this problem in the iOS forum, my first question is the one I asked above. If the library is filtered with any text, then obviously books will be hidden from view (filtered out). That is perhaps the most common cause of "not finding the book."
We have dealt with most of the other causes as well: wrong account, app restarting, device restarting. The last resort is typically to delete and reinstall the app.
As for screen shots: I can't help you on Android. They can be very helpful to see what you are seeing.

I know with my Kindle Fire (1st gen) I have to completely shut it down by pushing in the power button and then select "shut down". When I restart it my newly purchased resources are available.
If I just push in the power button and the screen goes black (I guess that is sleep mode??) and turn it back on it does not work.

Thank you to everyone who replied! Your input is much appreciated for one who is technically challenged . . . [:(] I did uninstall the Vyrso app and then installed it again and all the books reinstalled. However, when I went into the Bible app, the Beth Moore books did not. So I will shut down the android and if that doesn't work, then I will contact Samsung or Logos.

I'm sorry you've been having trouble getting these books over.
It sounds like re-installing Vyrso allowed you to see the Beth Moore books in Vyrso.

I did shut down the Samsung completely. I am not sure what happened but even the Bible app is now showing all the Beth Moore books.
