not looping =\

I wanted to see if I could get some help, I have been having issues making my backgrounds loop. there didn't use to be an issue before. I checked and I have the latest update but unfortunately its not working. Im using a windows laptop and my loops are uploaded by me if that helps. please help.

What kind of service item (e.g. content, song, Bible, video) are you using the looping background for? Where (e.g. pre-service loop, warmup, service, post-service loop) is the item's location in the presentation? A couple potential gotchas

video service items don't loop
service items placed in the auto advance sections (pre-service loop, post-service loop, warmup) will automatically auto-advance once the video has played once, without looping. This is to prevent the auto advance section from getting stuck on a looping background. You can override this behavior on the service item settings and set the time to auto-advance (e.g. change 5s loop to auto advance in 60s, it will loop 12 times).

I actually found out that they did loop once I uploaded them to be viewed to the network or for all computers to see. Since I was just putting for the second option for just my computer is when the song videos would not loop.
