Sorry to see you are having problems.
I don't know what is behind the issue but just to mention that the crash files are old and don't appear related to this issue.
Hopefully someone from Logos will be able to comment on the actual issue you are seeing.

I have not run into any errors when importing powerpoint presentations (except for known issues). Could you please explain to me what exactly is happening when you try to import a powerpoint (from your point of view)? Also, if you could import the powerpoint, then immediately post the Proclaim.log file and the PowerPointExporter.log that would be great.
